Welcome to SoulPivot. These Terms of Service govern your use of our inner growth training programs designed specifically for founders and executives. By enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered

SoulPivot provides three types of offerings:

1. Services: Live inner growth training sessions and coaching programs.
2. Info Products: Digital materials such as e-books, recordings, and courses related to personal development.
3. Products: Physical items associated with our programs.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Refunds for live training sessions or coaching programs are granted only under exceptional circumstances such as documented medical emergencies. All refund requests must be submitted via contact form within 7 calendar days of the scheduled session.

If a session is cancelled by SoulPivot, a full refund will be issued or an option to reschedule will be provided.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 5 business days prior to the session.

3.2 Info Products

All sales of digital materials are final due to the nature of the product. No refunds or s will be accepted after purchase unless the product is defective or inaccessible.

3.3 Products (Physical Items)

Physical items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging. Return requests must be initiated using the contact form to obtain a return authorization.

Refunds for returned products will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. No Refund Clause

Certain services, especially personalized coaching sessions and mastermind groups, are non-refundable due to the reserved time and limited availability. This is necessary to maintain high quality and exclusivity for all participants.
